**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Meditech, or eClinicalWorks.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, including medical coding (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT coding).
- Assist with medical billing and collections as needed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with dental staff, chairside assisting dentist/hygienist, coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient flow through the clinic.

**Skills**

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
