**Communications Specialist, Store Operations**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales and Operations team is looking for a Communications Specialist, Store Operations to be responsible for writing and managing all communications intended for stores, so as to ensure consistency, accuracy of content and brand alignment at all times. The incumbent is also responsible for content administration and maintenance of the store portal including editing and reviewing all policies and procedures.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing all memos, presentations and communications intended for stores to ensure alignment with the communication strategy;
- Control and edit communications intended for stores from cross-functional teams;
- Collaborate with policy owners to revise policies and procedures;
- Control and update the store portal content to ensure consistency and accuracy;
- Support the editing process of training materials;
- Write, revise and optimize various texts and presentations for the Sales and Operations team;
- Develop and implement standardized formats for communications to stores;
- Collaborate in the writing and design of content for our social networks (Intranet GDNet, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.);
- Ensure internal processes are respected and improved;
- Support the Sales and Operations team activities.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree (90 credits);
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in developing and editing content and communications;
- Retail experience a definite asset;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop and Illustrator an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and spoken in French and English);
- Strong problem-solving and team work skills;
- Detail-oriented;
- Strong multitasking skills;
- Sense of urgency and ability to work with little to no supervision;
- Sense of ownership and flexible availabilities;
- Bilingual, spoken and written, French and English.
