Estate Law firm and collaborate closely with their team. Working together, the work environment is highly flexible, agile and growth oriented. The office is located at 21 St. Clair Ave West (Yonge & St. Clair) and is close to public transit and many food and gym amenities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly social media posts (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Assist with building and curating client databases for each of our 3 client verticals.
- Coordinate and attend virtual webinars, and in person tradeshows and investor events.
- Complete ongoing industry research and competitor analysis.
- Report on KPIs
- Work with Marketing Lead to complete various marketing and administrative projects
- Keep an organized task list and meet deadlines in marketing calendar

**Beneficial Skills & Experience**:

- Comfort level with inbound and outbound calls
- A detail-oriented eye for grammar, copy writing, and graphic design
- Organization and ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize list of tasks efficiently
- Any experience with digital marketing platforms such as mail chimp, constant contact, and social media marketing is a plus
- Any experience with digital creation tools such as photoshop, illustrator, canva, etc., is a plus
- Any experience with Microsoft tools such as excel, word, powerpoint, etc., is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is a plus
