**Our expectations**:
**Your role**:

- Act as a financial business partner to the Pro & Services operational and merchandising teams.
- Analyze and interpret financial results related to the operating margin for the retail sector, particularly for the Pro & services segments.
- Participate in the forecasts and budget of the different Pro & Services groups, as well as monitor variances between the actual and the budget on a monthly basis.
- Support internal customers in the development of action plans and monitor results.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to explain results and identify opportunities.
- Participate in the business case for new projects and make recommendations on them.

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 2-5 years of experience in a financial role.
- Experience in the retail industry is an asset.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work.
- Ability to speak in front of a group and can explain financial concepts to the general public.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis skills and show initiative and dynamism.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of computer tools including Excel
- Have an ability to learn other systems.
