**Our expectations**

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Supply Chain, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial analysis for distribution centers activities. The Financial Analyst will also have the main role of supporting his internal clients in monitoring results, implementing action plans and developing forecast, budget to achieve financial objectives.

**Your role**
- Act as a business partner for the distribution centers’ operational team.
- Analyze and interpret financial results and KPIs in order to optimize distribution centers’ productivity.
- Period-end financial analysis and interpretation.
- Participate in financial planning and modeling through the forecast, budget and strategic planning processes.
- Provide support to the distribution centers’ operational team in the implementation of action plans and results monitoring.
- Support the organization by following different projects involving Distribution.

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Undergraduate degree in finance and/or accounting
- CPA designation (an asset)
- 3 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis position
- Experience in cost management and/or retail industry (an asset)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with a focus on presenting high quality work
- Excellent analytical skills, proactiveness and determination
- Good presentation skills and ability to summarize and explain financial concepts to operators.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and multi-stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing and rapidly changing environment
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)
