As we expand, we are looking for a licensed or certified Travel Agents Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day travel agency operations, partnerships, compliance, and customer engagement.

This role involves optimizing travel operations, negotiating with airlines and hotels, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while exploring blockchain-based solutions for digital booking.

**Travel Booking & Operations Management**
- Oversee the end-to-end booking process for flights, hotels, and travel experiences.
- Manage supplier relations, including airlines, hotel chains, and travel service providers.
- Optimize pricing strategies, dynamic inventory management, and customer support processes.

**Compliance & Industry Standards**
- Ensure all operations comply with IATA, TICO, ACTA, or other Canadian/international travel regulations.
- Maintain travel agency licensing requirements and manage risk exposure.
- Monitor and implement industry best practices for fraud prevention and customer protection.

**Customer Experience & Support**
- Lead and train customer support teams to provide seamless booking experiences.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
- Develop policies for refunds, cancellations, and travel insurance claims.

**Technology & Blockchain Integration (Preferred but not mandatory)**
- Work with the tech team to integrate blockchain solutions for transparent bookings and tokenized travel rewards.
- Explore NFT-based travel products and smart contract-based reservations.
- Stay updated on decentralized travel trends and digital booking innovations.

**Required**:

- Licensed or Certified Travel Agent (IATA, TICO, ACTA, or other recognized certification).
- 5+ years of experience in travel agency operations, hospitality, or airline industry.
- Strong understanding of GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) and OTA models.
- Knowledge of travel regulations, risk management, and fraud prevention.
- Experience in managing supplier contracts, airline partnerships, and hotel agreements.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with blockchain in travel, NFT-based bookings, and tokenized loyalty programs.
- Experience in integrating crypto payments and smart contracts in travel services.
- Strong industry network and relationships with global travel providers.
