**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive - Air Travel to join our team. This role focuses on supporting flight ticket sales, promoting airline services, and providing timely assistance to customers and travel agents. You will act as a key liaison between our airline and clients to ensure satisfaction and help drive sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell airline tickets and promote flight-related services to individual and corporate clients.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and travel agents regarding fares, routes, schedules, and availability.
- Coordinate and process flight reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately.
- Provide pricing support and quote fares based on company policies and promotional offers.
- Maintain positive relationships with travel partners and agencies.
- Ensure all bookings and customer records are accurate and up to date in internal systems.
- Assist the sales team in reaching monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare reports and updates related to sales activity, bookings, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in airline, travel agency, or tourism sales preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a strong asset.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools.
- Bilingual is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
