**Job Summary**

The IT Support role involves providing technical assistance and support to company employees for computer systems, hardware, and software. This is on-site job and applicant must be in Burnaby/Vancouver area to apply.

**Duties**
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
- Provide technical support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Set up and maintain computer networks, including LAN
- Manage help desk inquiries and provide solutions to technical problems
- Ensure security measures such as firewalls are in place and functioning effectively
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve overall system functionality

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software systems
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts
- Familiarity with help desk procedures and ticketing systems like Remedy
- Strong understanding of office IT environments
- Ability to work with firewalls and other security measures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
