We are looking for a motivated and experienced real estate sales agent to join our team. As a sales agent, your responsibilities will include:

- **LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED**:

- Representing clients in the buying and selling of luxury properties throughout the National Capital Region.
- Generous Commission: Earn more for your hard work Our commission structure is designed to reward your success and dedication to exceeding targets
- Exclusive Listings: Gain access to a diverse portfolio of exclusive properties and listings to expand your network and client base.

The following requirements are necessary for this position:

- New Humber College/newly licensed graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proven Track Record: You have a track record of successful sales and satisfied clients.
- Strong Communication Skills: You're a pro at building rapport and effectively communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Ethical Approach: Integrity is at the core of everything you do, ensuring trust and confidence in all your real estate dealings.

**Salary**: From $130,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
