As a Junior Accounting Clerk, you would join our team of experienced Finance professionals. In this position you will play a key role in supporting the team by taking charge of our customer invoicing requirements in a professional and timely manner, and supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as required.

**Job Overview**
- Organizing and maintaining records of account receivables and payables
- Compiling data from invoices for accounting purposes, such as calculating late fees or interest charges
- Preparing reports on accounts receivable balances, collections activity, and customer payment history
- Liaise with Sales & Shipping departments and provide support to Finance staff with invoicing and accounts receivable questions
- Assist Accounts Payable with invoice matching & filing, customer/supplier invoices and disbursement filing
- Contribute to Accounts Receivable, helping with the collection of past due balance, process daily invoices/credit
**What we are looking for**
We are looking for someone who is detailed oriented, a quick independent learner, who can adapt quickly to changing policies and work environment, and is interested in growing, learning, and building their skills. This is an office-based position, which will require you to be on-site Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field, or comparable work experience
- Effective and clear written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Data entry experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
