**Job Title**: Front Desk Attendant
**Location**: Squamish, BC
**Schedule**: Rotating—4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off (average 42 hours/week)
**Shifts**: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
**Pay Rate**: $20/hour

**Benefits**: Extended health and dental after 6 months

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Administration**
- Welcome and assist residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming inquiries, phone calls, and visitor access
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports
- Assist with communication between residents, property management, and service providers
- Support day-to-day administrative operations of the building

**Facility Monitoring & Access Control**
- Monitor building activity using security systems and perform scheduled walkthroughs
- Control access to the premises and enforce visitor protocols
- Ensure public spaces remain safe, clean, and secure for residents and guests

**Incident & Emergency Response**
- Act promptly and calmly in emergency situations, notifying appropriate personnel or authorities
- Assist in executing emergency procedures, such as evacuations or first response coordination
- Complete incident reports and follow up as directed by management

**Qualifications**:

- Physically able to remain active during 12-hour shifts with breaks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Friendly, composed, and professional in both routine and high-pressure situations
- ** Bonus**:Valid BC Security License or willingness to obtain within 3 months**

Shifts are 8 am to 8 pm
40 regular hours and 2 hours overtime
