Squamish, Canada Sea to Sky Sports Physiotherapy Full time

**Sea to Sky Sports Physio** is looking to fill a _part-time front desk administration/patient experience coordinator_ position. The position would involve working at both of our clinic locations in downtown Squamish.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Registering patients in Jane App, collect payments, issue receipts, process retail product sales
- Welcoming, assisting and interacting with patients in a friendly manner
- Have a strong understanding of our services and assist patients with bookings
- Direct billing to 3rd party insurers, including ICBC and WCB
- Processing Medical Records
- Patient scheduling, billing, and claims
- General cleaning & tidying of clinic
**Skills/Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills, ability to troubleshoot
- Quick learner and ability to solve problems
- Organized, reliable, ability to multitask
- Experience with Jane App an asset, but not required
**Wage**:
Starting wage is $18-$22/hour with opportunity for growth.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

COVID-19 considerations:
There is a protective screen that protects the employee behind the desk and all patients and hand sanitize regularly. We provide medical grade cleaner as well for surfaces and masks are still available for use if preferred.
