**Position**:Customer Service Representative

**Location**:Laval, QC

**Type of Employment**:Full-Time - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**What to Expect**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review, investigate, report and take appropriate action with regards to OS&D, night operations reports
- Ensure all priority alerts or specials are on-time
- Trace shipments
- Provide verbal POD’s
- Coordinate specials or samedays
- Investigate and/or advise customer regarding OS&Dshipments/undeliverable shipments
- Maintain designated customer accounts
- Knowledge of designated accounts, i.e. Product, customer expectations
- Any additional duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Good computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
