We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and support our cleaning technicians.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate cleaning services to keep technicians’ schedules full. Additionally, you'll document and track performance metrics, provide support to the cleaning team, and collaborate with management to resolve customer issues and suggest process improvements. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client experiences.

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site at our office in Laval.
- **Salary**: $17 an hour
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure conversion and maintain/improve rates.
- Document, track, and measure leads and conversions; submit weekly reports.
- Ensure cleaning technicians' schedules are fully booked and offer support as needed.
- Monitor performance, document issues (complaints, absenteeism), and recommend disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary.
- Collaborate with management on trends, process improvements, and escalate severe customer issues to the President when required.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and handling customer concerns.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an asset. Training is provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly preferred.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
