**Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers at the counter or over the phone to process or trace their purchase orders, process payments, and provide general product information.
- Process customer order requests, obtain accurate shipping & handling quotes, handle customer returns of product and/or repairs.
- Assist with timely handling and resolution of customer product complaints, including changes to purchase orders, and obtaining serial numbers and other relevant information.
- Initiate and execute purchase orders.
- Maintain and update current supplier records, purchasing agreements, conditions and promotions.
- Assist with invoice or packing disputes, reporting damaged or short shipments to vendors. Return defective merchandise to vendors for repair, replacement, or credit.

**Job Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- Work experience should include a minimum of three (3) years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Experience with Epicor ERP an asset.
