**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- **Team Leadership & Development**: Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Foster a high-energy and results-driven sales culture.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive growth.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor team performance and establish clear KPIs. Track sales metrics and report on the effectiveness of sales activities, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- **Lead Conversion**: Drive the team to convert leads into opportunities effectively, implementing best practices for sales outreach and client engagement.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and improve product-market fit.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide insights to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- **Accountability**: Foster a culture of accountability, ensuring the team takes ownership of their roles and delivers consistent, high-quality results.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B Sales.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong ability to lead and motivate a sales team, driving performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and internal teams. Strong storytelling and presentation skills. Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. Comfortable using data and analytics to inform strategy.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies to meet dynamic business needs.
- **Bachelor’s Degree**: Preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Relationships**: Ability to project manage, problem-solve, and build internal and external relationships.
- **Results-driven**: Striving to make things happen in line with goals and priorities.
- **Always learning**: Eager to learn and looking to evolve and progress in your role.
- **Willing to travel**: A desire to travel regularly to meet with prospects and leads (primarily in North America).
- **Attention to detail**: Achieving thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task, including proofreading.

**Experience that may set you apart**:

- A demonstrated passion for sustainability is a plus.
- Experience working in B2B and SaaS organizations.
- Tradeshow experience, including planning, execution, relationship building on event day(s), and setup.
- Strong understanding of CRM and AI tools.
- Strong content (storytelling) writing and copywriting.

**Schedule**:

- Eight hours a day (Flex-time Policy - Flexible start and end time).
- Regular travel is required.
