EFI Sales Ltd. is a Canadian leader in commercial foodservice equipment, supplying a broad portfolio of refrigeration, cooking, display, and specialty equipment to the foodservice industry across Canada under our Versa family of brands.Role DescriptionEFI Sales Ltd. is seeking a National Chain Accounts Manager to support and expand EFI’s presence within national and multi-unit chain accounts across Canada.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guelph, Ontario, with national scope. The successful candidate will work closely with EFI’s regional sales team, dealer partners, and internal departments to develop chain account strategies, support specification efforts, and drive consistent execution across multiple regions.Rather than operating independently, this role is highly collaborative — reinforcing EFI’s existing sales structure by aligning national chain initiatives with regional sales activity, dealer relationships, and long-term growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with EFI’s regional and inside sales teams to support national and multi-unit chain opportunitiesAssist in developing and executing national chain strategies that complement EFI’s existing sales channelsSupport dealer partners in chain-related projects, ensuring alignment and consistency across regionsWork alongside EFI sales representatives to help position EFI equipment in design-build and consultant-driven specificationsIdentify new chain opportunities and emerging concepts in coordination with the broader sales teamProvide chain-level insight, coordination, and continuity across regional sales effortsSupport product approvals, national rollouts, and program-based opportunitiesAct as a resource for internal teams by sharing market intelligence, competitive insights, and chain trendsParticipate in key meetings, presentations, and industry events alongside EFI sales representativesQualificationsProven experience in national or multi-unit chain account managementStrong background in commercial foodservice equipment (highly preferred)Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships (dealers, chains, consultants)Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with national responsibilityExperience in commercial foodservice equipment is considered a strong assetBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset, but relevant industry experience is highly valued #J-18808-Ljbffr
