Capco is looking for a Strategic Leader to support our customer-facing Teams. This is an opportunity to influence the accelerated growth of our firm and Capco Canada’s incredible team.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Consistently maintain a high bar of excellence in all activities, and leading with an accelerated growth mindset
- Work closely with Capco Canada’s Managing Partner and Senior Leadership Team to
- deploy programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core aspects of their job more successfully
- Sales leadership and bid management of strategic pursuits, allowing our team to put our best foot forward
- Develop and propose actionable strategies and plans that ensure alignment with the overall business goals
- Work with Global and local Leadership teams to align with other geographies, fostering a “One Capco” approach to put our best foot forward in client propositions and pursuits
- Participate in efforts to create and refine a repeatable go-to market strategy, which highlights Capco’s key differentiators and offerings to our clients.
- Proposition development support alongside the go-to-market strategies definition and execution
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement these plans, getting as involved as required to ensure success.
- Delivery of Sales training, and implementation of Global Best Practices and Sales Toolkits
- Anticipate and mitigate potential business risks, identifying solutions and leading with integrity always.
- Be a visible proponent of Capco’s Be Yourself at Work culture, showing leadership in this and other Capco values.

**About You**

**Experience**

***Capco is looking to hire an ambitious, team-player with experience in the following areas:

- A keen understanding of the sales cycle, specifically within the technology consulting industry
- Good understanding of client needs in Financial Services, with demonstrated experience
- Experience in proposition development, and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional communication/presentation skills with strong executive presence.
- A keen eye for detail, and a curious nature that leaves no stone unturned.
- Previous work experience/exposure to consulting or client services organizations, with a strong understanding of sales pipelines.
- A relentless desire to create best-in-class processes and teams, dedicated to effective and lasting change.
- Experience not only developing business strategies, but also implementing at all levels. A demonstrated willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
