**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your hospitality skills and ability to communicate effectively will help set the tone for our restaurant, making it an inviting place for guests to enjoy their meals.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Support other team members as needed, contributing to a cohesive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential qualities for this role.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to meet business needs.

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
