**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting guests upon arrival welcoming them to the best BBQ in the city.
- Bus Tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the host/host area and ensure menus are tidy and up-to-date.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or providing information as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Support the restaurant team during busy periods by assisting with guest services.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus (we use toast).
- Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
- A passion for helping others and providing exceptional guest services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
