**B2B Collection Agent**

Join our dynamic team and contribute to the financial health of our company We are looking for an experienced B2B collection agent to manage a portfolio of overdue accounts.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Portfolio management: Follow-up and analysis of overdue customer accounts, identification of priorities and implementation of appropriate collection strategies.
- Negotiation: Regular contact with customers to negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes and obtain payment of outstanding invoices.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with internal customers (billing department, sales, service, management) while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Reporting: Maintaining up-to-date customer files, producing regular reports on collection activity and results achieved.

**Your profile**:
Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in a B2B environment.
Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, rigor, organization and ability to work under pressure.
Bilingual
Tools: Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, ERP, Office Suite).
Qualities: Perseverance, self-discipline, diplomacy and sense of customer service.
