**Responsibilities**:

- Assist lawyers with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and motions.
- Manage client files and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and maintain calendars.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Prepare for and attend court proceedings, as required.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the firm.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Family Law Clerk.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of family law procedures and regulations in Ontario.

Language: Portuguese proficiency is an asset, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
