**Job Title**: Flatbed Long-Haul Dispatcher
**Location**: Surrey, BC
**Type**: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 5 AM-3 PM

**Company Overview**:
Global Group Logistics Inc. is a Canada & USA flatbed trucking company serving clients across the U.S. We specialize in long-haul freight including construction materials, steel, and machinery. We're looking for an experienced dispatcher to manage long-haul operations and ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and dispatch long-haul flatbed loads across multiple states.
- Coordinate with shippers, brokers, and customers to secure freight.
- Track driver hours, maintenance schedules, and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the trip, offering support and updates.
- Optimize routes for cost, timing, and fuel efficiency.
- Handle scheduling, paperwork, and load documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience dispatching flatbed long-haul trucks.
- Knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations and freight documentation.
- Experience using TMS software (e.g., McLeod, Xpert or similar).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage up to 10 drivers efficiently.

Pay: $23.17-$30.12 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
