What you will do:
The key objective for the Media Traffic Coordinator is to accurately schedule contracted media and content to digital signage networks, following Cineplex company policies and protocols. The role supports digital sales growth as well as network monitoring to effectively troubleshoot any network issues along with the internal CDM/CMC Helpdesks.

This is a hybrid position. Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Key Responsibilities- Schedule and verify campaigns for a a variety of Cineplex/DOOH media types, as well as monitoring inventory, communicating capacity issues to Manager and Media employees as required. Once signed media contracts have been received, ensure an accurate and timely entry is made to traffic line-ups and then filed accordingly. Compile performance data, including requested photos, to assist with completion of post campaign reporting.- Liaise with sales, agency/clients on creative delivery and specs as required. Communicate any issues regarding creative to appropriate parties and acquire approvals when needed. Assist in encoding files for various media types.- Collect and coordinate programmatic scheduling and approvals on multiple buying systems across our numerous networks on several different media types. Assessing each submission technically as well as for content.- Schedule Client and Property campaigns using third party proprietary network software.- Weekly/Daily Monitoring of technical reports, compiling data, and reporting findings back to Senior manager for review. Submission of cases for any discovered technical issues or missing data.- Identify opportunities to improve current work process and procedures to increase efficiencies using current (PowerAutomate, etc) and potential tools.

Education & Certification- Post-Secondary Education with Degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Marketing, Commerce, Statistic, Web Development, Information Technology, or relevant field

Experience- 1-3 years of office administration, data entry or customer service experience.- 1-3 years in advertising media, digital media, or agency experience.
