In addition to our radio networks, we also engage audiences through other brands like Zoomer Magazine, VisionTV, FaithTV, and JoyTV. As a Radio Traffic Coordinator, you'll be part of our dynamic media family, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations across these various platforms.

**Who You Are**

You have a keen attention to detail and are responsible for creating and reconciling daily logs based on program schedules, sales contract obligations, and CRTC regulations. You will ensure compliance with the conditions of license for MZ Media Inc., including 96.3 FM, 102 FM, 103 FM, and AM 740.

**What you'll do**
- Prepare and maintain daily logs that adhere to CRTC regulations, including the scheduling of program content and commercials.
- Process paid advertising/programming material and schedule based on bookings from Sales.
- Reconcile logs after broadcast for accounting and CRTC reporting purposes.
- Communicate and interact with Programming, Sales, Advertisers/Agencies, Promotions, Master Control and Accounting as required.
- Process and enter advertisers, sales contracts and revisions.
- Optimize inventory and generate regular traffic reports.
- Schedule internal advertising and marketing materials as directed.
- Generate Traffic reports as required.
- Overtime as required
- Other duties appropriate to the position as required

**What you have**
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, while functioning well in a team environment.
- Ability to provide professional, timely service to internal and external customers.
- Experience with data entry, or a form of detailed revenue tracking software.
- Proven ability to multitask with accuracy.
- Previous Traffic experience is an asset.
- Previous experience with Wide Orbit or an equivalent broadcast management system is an asset.
