We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Pricing Coordinator** whose main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing support to the Logistics Manager with relevant tasks.
- Assisting in negotiating rates with domestic and cross-border customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide prospective clients the best rates to move freights and loads
- Working closely with logistics team to establish exceptional cost/price strategies and customer proposals.
- Maintaining professional communication during RFQ process regarding cost strategy and ensuring best pricing at each proposal
- Conducting market research on trends and competitors pricing, growing, and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong market knowledge and awareness in logistics market
- Great negotiation skills to get the best rates
- Experience working with Load Link and UFOS programs (asset)
- Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with analytic approach
- Strong knowledge of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- Fluency in verbal/written English
