**Compugen is seeking a Strategy Analyst for a 5 month contract working remotely. You will**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understands and documents planning session outcomes with the Strategy Portfolio Managers to ensure desired intent/outcome is achieved
- Maintains comprehensive documentation and traceability between divisional plans and roadmaps and the overall corporate plan and roadmap. Analyzes the plans and clarifies ambiguities in the documentation by consulting with Strategy Portfolio Managers, Executives and Senior Leadership Team members.
- Captures strategic themes and initiatives based on OKRs, QPRs, and ideas brought forward in formal and informal meetings with Executive, SLT and Strategy Portfolio Managers. Uses analysis techniques to augment themes, initiatives and ideas with additional layers of detail and then inputs them into the Enterprise Backlog with assistance from the Agile Program Management Office (APMO).
- Aids in maintaining the organization of the Strategy Information Hub, ensuring that material is easy to find and update and that proper access is provided to Executives, SLT, and support partners. Encourages the use of the Strategy Information Hub and reports on usage statistics.
- Gathers and analyses relevant data, provides strategic information to Strategy Portfolio Managers to assess where to take action, make plans, and make informed decisions.
- Documents/applies lessons learned from previous Strategy events (e.g. Div planning sessions, QPR) to apply/incorporate into the framework.
- Preparation of reports and progress updates on OKRs, Strategic Initiatives and Enterprise Backlog items.
- Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulate an argument to be presented to executives
- Analyzes and proposes key results, metrics, outcomes, and reporting related to key milestones and objectives for the Corporation and within the Strategic Management Office through sound strategic analysis methodologies

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in commerce, business or other related discipline
- Supplementary courses in enterprise planning, business analysis, product management, product ownership, project management are an asset
- Additional related certifications CSPO, CSPM, CBAP, PMP are an asset

**Experience**:

- Six years of experience in an analytical environment (business analysis, product owner, product management).
- Exposure to working with senior leaders (presenting, interviewing, collaborating)
- Exposure to organizational forecasting/planning, roadmaps, business plans, business cases (Objectives Key Results Framework experience is an asset).
- Exposure to a portfolio management/execution/delivery framework, such as Lean Portfolio Management or similar execution/delivery models
- Experience in agile (Scaled Agile Framework experience is an asset) and waterfall delivery environments

**Technical Knowledge and Skills**:

- Experience building dashboards, reports or other monitoring/reporting methods.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Miro and other collaborative tools.
- Communicate (both written and verbal) business and technical information to new audiences
- Convey complex information in a concise and straightforward manner
- Demonstrated strong analytical and investigative skills
- Business domain knowledge and experience in one or more of corporate divisions (Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience)
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and break-outs
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships.
- Bridge the gap between business and technology.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines and business demands.
