Novomet Canada is looking for an energetic and results driven administrative specialist.

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and technical workplace? Novomet is seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our growing team.
- Providing administrative duties to support our sales, safety and operations team.
- Preparing and maintaining agendas, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Managing data entry and vendor setup in our ERP system.
- Assisting with purchase orders, change orders, and inventory.
- Providing various duties for our Estimating, Project Development, Marketing and -Safety Departments as required.

**Other administrative support duties as assigned.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Sales-Driven: motivated to work with with the operations and sales team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to connect with customers, build rapport, and address their needs.
- Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and always prepared for your shifts.
- Professionalism: maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Student Mindset: You are willing and eager to learn and strive for consistent growth and self-improvement.

- Full-Time Availability: Must be available for full-time work.

Pay: $48,000 Annually

Shift: Day shift

Work days: Monday to Friday

Ability to commute: Devon, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**HOURS OF OPERATION**:
Monday - Friday [8:00am - 4:30pm]

Office Position. No Remote.

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
