Our sales associates receive a guaranteed salary plus commission opportunity per month throughout their training period. From there they have the potential for a six-figure annual income. Committed to helping guests find the perfect furniture & accessories to match their lifestyle & budget our primary focus is to exceed expectations. **Qualifications**
Although it helps, sales or retail furniture experience is not always necessary to be successful in this role. Our exclusive Training Program will give you the support and tools needed to be successfulMust-haves include:

- Customer experience oriented
- Excellent communication, social & personable skills.
- Enjoy working with others and thriving in a team environment.
- Passion for enhanced shopping experiences and solving client needs.
- An exceptional work ethic, able to work weekends.

**Additional Information**
Guaranteed Salary during training period plus commissions or Sales + Commission whichever is higher. Benefits and employee discount implemented upon completion of 90-day training period.
