- Some 40 years ago, Leroy “Bus” Earl Fuller and his son Stanley Earl Fuller had a simple idea: to create a laid-back burger and beer joint filled with warm, friendly people. The first Earls restaurant opened in Edmonton, Alberta in 1982, and it quickly took off — Earls has never looked back, opening locations across Canada and the US. We are looking for supportive **Food Runners** to enhance our service team. As a Food Runner you'll support our kitchen and service team with delivering dishes to guests in a timely manner, upholding our high food quality standards, and gaining an introduction to providing great guest experiences.

**As a Food Runner, you will**:

- ** Assist our chefs in executing what is the most important kitchen station
- expeditor. **Exceptional food bill times makes for not only happy guests, but also a streamlined service, host, kitchen and management team.
- **Create authentic connections in every interaction. **Elevate the guest experience through finesse, retrieving additional requests, and maintaining a flawless table environment.
- ** Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. **Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- ** Adapt to any situation with ease. **Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
