**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Claims Support Associate** with experience in **automotive service departments** to help upsell **extended warranties and service contracts** to customers. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair services to educate customers on the benefits of warranty extensions, ensuring they receive the best protection for their vehicles while driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers and service teams to identify opportunities for extended warranty sales.
- Educate customers on the benefits of warranty coverage, including cost savings and vehicle protection.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify vehicles eligible for warranty extensions.
- Present tailored warranty solutions and handle customer inquiries related to claims and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty sales and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales and performance targets related to warranty upsells.
- Stay up to date on warranty products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience in an automotive service department** (Service Advisor, Service Manager, Technician, or related role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- **Sales or customer service experience** within the automotive industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively explain warranty benefits.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or dealership management systems is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
