**Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) au service à la clientèle, dynamique, sympathique et minutieux(se), pour devenir le premier point de contact avec nos clients.**

**Position Overview**:
We're looking for an outgoing, friendly and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative** to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll handle inquiries, book appointments and track orders to ensure that every customer has a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Data & Order entry / updating live excel sheets
- Creation and maintenance of SOPs to ensure all profiles are up to date
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
