**Geospatial Project Lead**

who has experience in both managing Geospatial Survey Projects, and has the desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.

The Work:

- Managing survey projects of various sizes
- Processing and managing geospatial data, such as UAV, Laser Scanning, Bathymetric, etc.
- Working with field crews, drafters, plan checkers, and Land Surveyors
- Working with other Project Leads for sharing of resources
- Creating and submitting project estimates to clients
- Working with clients to understand the project scope and coming up with creative solutions using advanced geospatial technologies
- Working in a dynamic environment with changing deadlines
- Creation of clean and professional-looking deliverables
- Quality Control of data and deliverables
- Understanding of Land Survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure system
- Ability to work unsupervised from home using CORE's virtual system

What you bring to the table:

- Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to CORE.
- The desire for excellence in all that you do.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills in geospatial data processing
- The ability to liaise with clients
- Creativity
- A degree/diploma from a Technical College or University in Geomatics
- Five years of experience working with advanced geospatial technologies
- Experience working with Land Surveys
