**Your Role**:
The Digital Experience and Client Journeys team is looking for a Marketing/Journey Automation Specialist with expertise in mapping, configuring, automating, and optimizing journeys across multiple communication channels. This individual will help us build a Center for Expertise and deliver on our key objectives of growth, engagement, and long-term value. They will also help us turn ideas into action through delivery of user flows to help deliver on program goals and data-driven, omni-channel marketing touch-points/automations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Configure and deploy customer user flows and automation schemas
- Ability to translate and implement business requirements in marketing automation platforms
- Work closely with fellow team members and key business collaborators to consult on journey/marketing automation and ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns.
- Monitor journeys and campaign operations
- Aid in bi-directional integrations across salesforce clouds and products
- Create dynamic and personalized content, forms and landing pages
- Track and analyze performance; use data to form insights and test hypotheses, with findings to produce standard methodologies for conversion
- In partnership with Insights and Analytics develop and monitor critical metrics and reports to provide performance analysis, including recommendations for improving results and be responsible for success metrics.

**The experience you bring**:

- Fluency in marketing automation and personalization platforms such as Salesforce, Evergage, Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, Eloqua
- Some knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) and Adobe Target (Personalization)
- Some knowledge of Social Media platforms and integration with Marketing enablement platforms
- Good knowledge JavaScript and AMPScript to support personalization efforts
- Knowledge of Audience Management, DMP’s and/ or CDP’s a plus
- Financial Services experience a plus
- Good communication skills along with skills for documentation and scoping, defining, and managing work
- College degree in marketing, computer science, math, or engineering
- Must obtain Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
