We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Interactive division

Who we are:
What you will do:

- Assist in managing the Marketo database (campaign lists, ensuring data quality) and collaborate on connected data sources including websites, Salesforce etc.
- Drive technology platforms innovation/adoption and educate both within the Marketing team and across the organization
- Marketing analytics knowledge with the ability to extract, analyze, summarize, and communicate data and recommendations
- Build scalable processes that adhere to best practices in marketing automation and lead generation while ensuring compliance with all relevant domestic and international legislation (e.g., GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM).

What you bring to the role:

- 3+ years of Hands-on experience crafting complex programs using a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)
- Proven track record for drilling down on customer segmentations and crafting personalized campaigns and automations and have a passion for your customer needs and journeys.
- You love data, optimization, and growth, with an excitement for sharing your campaign performance including: CTR, LTV, Open Rates, Analytics, A/B Testing and Acquisition Funnels.
- Display critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quick decision making under mínimal supervision with competing priorities.
