**Overview**
Crash Crawly's is an indoor children's play centre and Ninja Tag is the latest gamified experience located in Coquitlam.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for every customer interaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date customer records in our system.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
- Point of sale experience and handling cash
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Cleaning is a part of the position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour
