**What You’ll Do**:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our service technicians. You’ll help ensure that each customer has a smooth and satisfying service experience by:

- Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service needs
- Providing accurate estimates and timelines
- Scheduling service appointments and follow-ups
- Communicating with technicians and updating customers throughout the service process
- Handling warranty and service-related documentation
- Promoting additional services and maintenance packages when appropriate

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering top-tier service
- Computer proficiency (experience with dealership management systems is a plus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A passion for cars and helping people
