Admissions Assistant

**Responsibilities & Requirements**
- Consistently display the hallmark warmth, charity, and hospitality of Clear Water Academy.
- Serve prospective families with love and charity in communications and interactions.
- Coordinate open houses and trade show events, including registration and communication, event setup, attendance, and post-event follow-up.
- Prepare information packages for tours and open houses.
- Execute the Referral Program, including tracking recipients and distributing thank-you cards and rewards in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure consistent information across various aspects of admissions (new enrollments and withdrawals).
- Support the Admissions Director with various projects and tasks as needed, such as parish campaigns, mail-outs, and surveys for new and existing families.
- Assist the Admissions Director in updating and maintaining the admissions and enrollment software suite, including updates to admissions forms.
- Support the Admissions Director with the re-enrollment process for existing families, including providing technical assistance.
- Update family contact information in SchoolAdmin and notify other relevant departments of the changes.
- Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator to update and maintain admissions information.
- Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator for the marketing of open houses, both print and digital.
- Other duties as assigned

**Schedule**:
The Admissions Assistant position is a full-time role that occasionally requires the individual to work outside of regular business hours, when necessary. This may include visiting parishes to promote the school and participating in Catholic community events, among others.

**Skills and Requirements**:
Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a professional, customer service-oriented approach at all times, especially when dealing with families.
- Exhibit the ability to multitask and work in a sometimes high-pressure, deadline-driven sales environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Google Cloud and Microsoft.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and balance the workload.
- Exhibit the ability to work as part of a team.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment and perseverance.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying tasks for completion and areas for improvement.
- Must be able to deliver and pick up items from various parts of the city.
