If you're passionate about education, we invite you toapply and help shape the future of our institutionLocation: Calgary, ABCompensation: $45,000 - $50,000 base salary + 2% commission, plus comprehensive benefitsJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentExpected Start Date: July 28, 2025Your Day to Day:In this role, you'll lead enrollment growth initiatives, engaging with prospective students to promote our diverse program offerings. Within the ADOA's purview are:Assist the Designated Admission Head and admissions team in developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of prospective students.Build relationships with prospective students, conducting informational sessions on admissions requirements, academic programs, and campus resources.Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility and make admission decisions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition from admission to enrollment for accepted students.Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective communication, follow-up, and closing strategies, maintaining accurate records of applicant data and admission decisions.What You Bring to the Table:A minimum of 2 years of solid sales performance history or recordProfessional sales training - Bachelor’s degree is preferredPrevious experience in education sales or private college admissions or B2C sales or telemarketing.Possesses superb verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence, able to make a high volume of reach outs (80-150 per day) while maintaining a positive attitude.Demonstrates strong resilience in managing rejections and objections, turning them into opportunities.Bonus Points For:Exhibits excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking and following up on prospective student interactions.Passionate about higher education with a genuine desire to help students succeed, demonstrating strong persuasive skills to convey our institution's value.Familiarity with CRM systems or other call management software is a plus.Capable of working independently, meeting set targets and goals, and adapting to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Don’t hold back—apply today, even if you do not tick every skills list.
