**Your Mission**:
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Xeist Sports' brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging social media presence.
- Create, schedule, and post content across platforms, ensuring alignment with Xeist’s brand identity.
- Monitor and engage with followers, customers, and prospects, fostering an active and engaged community.
- Generate compelling copy and visuals to enhance audience interaction and brand visibility.
- **Integrated Campaign Management**:
- Oversee paid social and digital advertising, managing spend, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:
- **Brand Advocacy**:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors to amplify Xeist Sports' presence on social media. Nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and loyalty.
- **Website and E-Commerce Optimization**:
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Own and improve website SEO, enhancing organic rankings and user experience.
- Optimize for both traditional search engines and generative AI search trends.
- Manage and contribute to the development of the KitBuilder project to enhance customization capabilities.
- Drive e-commerce performance by improving the online shopping experience, optimizing product pages, and enhancing the checkout process for higher conversion rates.
- Implement strategies to increase website traffic and customer retention.
**Your Experience**:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within the sports or apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
