**Job Overview**
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- One year of general labour ideal
- Safety shoes required
- Fast-paced work environment
- Standing and walking all day
- Excellent attendance and start on time to support your team
- Training provided
- Expected to work overtime when required to meet production demand.
- Quick learner and follow instructions.
- Able to work alone or in a team environment
- Multi-Task oriented
- Ability to learn multiple jobs and retain job knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to different work environment depending on manpower requirements.
- Environments being shipping/receiving/mattress building/sewing etc.
- Job duties will change hourly/daily/weekly depending on production needs and manpower required to succeed.
