If so, we want you on our team HiDrive Auto in Leduc, Alberta is looking for a full-time, on-site BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to help us connect with customers and drive our sales success. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and responding to leads on platforms like Facebook & Facebook Marketplace:
- Booking appointments and following up with prospects
- Building strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Working closely with our sales team to maximize opportunities What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated, positive attitude
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to clients
- Experience using Facebook Marketplace:
- Previous sales or customer service experience (an asset)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
