Position Overview

The role of the Guest Services Representative is to ensure that the guest receives the best possible service.

Job Functions
- Maintain a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during all guest interactions, and able to answer questions or concerns with professionalism and respect.
- Handle phone calls, and other communications from guest and internal departments
- Manage cash including a daily float, as well as process debt and credit transitions accurately and securely
- Promote and sell all products.
- Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.
- May be required to perform opening or closing duties.
- Perform all aspects of stocking and display functions in an efficient and organized manner.
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the ERC Employee Handbook
- Responsible for adhering to regulated Tobacco/Lotter laws
- Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service.
- Some work with a point-of-sale system an asset
- Maintain a professional appearance

Other Skills/Abilities
- Patience, teamwork, diplomacy, trustworthy, confidence, works well under pressure.

Working Conditions
- Fast paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, support department.

**Qualifications**:

- All applicants must have excellent communication skills.
- All applicants must complete a background check.
- All applicants are required to have AGLC Lotto Certificate
- All applicants are required to have ProServe.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age.
