Cowboys Casino was established in 2011 and is owned by the Calgary Stampede. Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, Cowboys Casino is home to over 280 employees in 7 different departments. The facility is open to the public 9:30AM - 5AM daily, has 3 restaurants, a dancehall, 32 table games, a 24-hour Poker room, over 370 slot machines and a sport viewing lounge. Operating 364 days a year Cowboys Casino is a staple in the city of Calgary and a premier entertainment destination.

**The Position**

We currently have **1** open positions for a Guest Services Representative to join our tightly knit Guest Services team. If you love to meet new people and help others have a great time, we encourage you to apply.

**Here’s what your day-to-day will look like**
- It’s all about our guests. You’ll challenge yourself to create an extraordinary escape for your guest, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Our Guest Services team works closely with our senior-aged guests. You will build a rapport, listen to their stories, and make all types feel welcome.
- You will assist with setting up, running, and cleaning up after our Elite 55 luncheons, Bus Tours, and other events.
- You will run the Guest Services desk— sometimes on your own— handling lottery ticket purchases, coat check, and fielding all types of questions from our guests.
- The bulk of your shifts will be evenings and weekends, with some day shifts for our events.

**Here’s what we’d like to see from you**
- You are a quick learner who easily adapts to change. No two shifts are the same, and you can figure out what each one requires.
- Some cash handling experience.
- You’re comfortable with technology and working on computers.
- You’re responsible and work well on your own.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- A positive attitude and a great smile.
