Inventory Control Specialist

The Wood Automotive Group has an opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist to join our Sales team at South Centre Volkswagen The Inventory/Sales Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Sales Manager team. This position is a critical function of the dealership that requires a high level of organizational and multi tasking skills. A proven track record in a similar position in the automotive industry is preferred. **Duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**: - Submitting new-vehicle orders through the WBDO & Concepts systems; ensuring all new orders obtain necessary coverage from monthly wholesales and are submitted though the COVP program where required. - Resposbile for taking and uploading professional quality photos of all used inventory. - Updating various Inventory reports on weekly and monthly basis. - Communicate with lot attendants regarding new vehicle incoming deliveries and ensure check in process is complete. - Data entry organization of all new-vehicle inventory.
