**Role Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst, with 3 + years of experience to deliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across departments. You will turn complex data into impactful insights that drive business strategy and operations.

**Early Responsibilities**:

- Onboard to internal tools (SQL databases, BI tools like Tableau and Power BI) within 3 months.
- Understand core data sources, tables, business metrics, and reporting pipelines.
- Deliver 1-2 small analytical projects or reports with actionable insights within 3 months.
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Project Managers, and Operations).
- Take ownership of at least 1 recurring report or dashboard within 3 months.

**Expected 6-Month Outcomes**:

- Complete 2+ medium-to-large projects influencing team or business decisions.
- Identify and automate manual data or reporting processes.
- Deliver insights leading to measurable improvements (e.g., new opportunities, improved data performance, cost reduction).
- Contribute data analysis to at least 1 cross-functional initiative.
- Become a go-to person for analytical support within the team.

**Expected 12-Month Outcomes**:

- Own business-critical KPIs, tracking and reporting trends regularly.
- Deliver analysis driving strategic shifts or major business decisions.
- Recommend new areas for analysis, experimentation, or optimization.
- Support onboarding or development of team members or interns.
- Refine data definitions, dashboards, or documentation to improve team data literacy.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
