Patient Experience Lead

**The Bridge Sports Therapy and Training is seeking a full time Patient Experience Lead with a commitment to personal development for our The Bridge in Millennium Place clinic location. We are looking for someone to join our cutting edge and progressive health care team.**
You will work with an interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Kinesiologists, and Trainers in an upbeat, and modern clinic. We are looking for an individual who has excellent management and collaborative skills, to ensure smooth clinic operation. Our clinic environment is lively and strives to bring a very high standard of care to the Sherwood Park and surrounding area.
**Our clinic is committed to and focused towards**:
- Active individuals and athlete-focused treatment and rehabilitation
- 1 to 1 sessions; rehab process integrated with strength and conditioning principles
- Using skills of movement and exercise focused treatment
- Being a patient referral driven clinic
- Close coordination with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and Strength
and Conditioning coaches to facilitate return to sport/activity
- Insurance files such as motor vehicle accidents, WCB, and 3rd party insurance providers with an active based rehab approach for these populations
**The Patient Experience Lead who joins us can expect to**:
- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure all patients receive the best quality service from all staff members.
- Manage and schedule our patient experience team and health care staff.
- Manage and monitor the completion of insurance/billing related tasks.
- Oversee the clinics billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Mentor all administrative team members and provide feedback and coaching for
growth.
- Collaborate with Practice Directors on projects and clinic operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness standard is upheld in the clinic by assigning specific duties to the
patient experience team.
- Attend to daily maintenance issues.
- Ensure that inventory is up to date and accurate.
- Complete orders for clinic supplies.
Requirements to Apply:
- Clinical office administration experience is an asset
- Graduate of a Health Sciences related program is an asset
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
