**The Role**
- Customer Service Representative
- The front line of all company incoming phone calls.
- Take payments and book service calls

**Responsibilities**
- Listen to the customer, book the call accurately to ensure the technicians success and customer’s satisfaction.
- Communicate to the dispatcher when priority calls come in that need immediate attention.
- Receive and relay information properly when transferring calls within the company.
- Maintaining customer database integrity.
- Processing customer payments.
- Various administrative duties.

**Your Background**
- A minimum of Grade 12 education
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Experience in customer service.
- Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Great time management skills.
- You are an adaptive, roll with the punches type of person who can let a bad call roll of your back and move on to the next one.

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
