Langley, Canada Maple Leaf Disposal Full time

Interested in join the Lower Mainland’s fastest growing waste company? Maple Leaf Disposal, based in Langley, BC, is looking for Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise and effectively communicate with all customers and drivers. If you are a team focused, organized, and motivated individual Maple Leaf is the place for you.
- Manage all in-coming calls and help ensure customers' inquires are addressed.
- Collaborate with dispatch team, sales team and customers to facilitate successful and on-time service of pick-ups and deliveries.
- Schedule pickups and investigate complaints.
- Communicate with drivers to meet deadlines and solve last minute issues to achieve and maintain high level of service with compliance of company’s safety plan, policies and procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
- Maintain entry and or modify to ensure information accuracy in company’s dispatch system.
- Wage based on experience.
- Benefits available after 3 months.
- Knowledge of the Lower Mainland would be necessary.
- Experience in waste industries an asset but is not required.

**Requirements**:

- Highly organized, quick thinker who can manage time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.
- Energetic person who delivers personalized service, works well with diverse personalities, values and understands company-customer relationship is very important.
- Strong data entry and telephone skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
