**We are seeking a highly skilled cleaning couple with at least 15 years of commercial cleaning experience.**
**The position requires 5 evening cleaning sessions per week, for 3 hours per session. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout, including, 8 offices, open cubicle area with 20 desks, reception, furniture, floors, glass doors, kitchen/lounge, boardroom, and 4 single washrooms, etc..**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive cleaning of the cubicles, sales desks, offices, kitchen room, boardroom, open area, hallways, and other customer areas is required to maintain a pristine environment.
- Special attention to glass cleaning for all doors and office surfaces inside and out, ensuring they are streak-free.
- Daily routine tasks include mopping, dry mopping, vacuuming, removing cobwebs, disinfecting all areas and emptying trash bins.
- 5 - Five cleaning shifts are scheduled after 5 PM from Monday to Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday between 6 AM and 6 PM.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in commercial cleaning.
- Applicants should reside in or near Ajax, ideally within a 20-minute commute, to ensure punctuality and manageability of travel times to and from work.
- Must be able to provide two professional references and a brief work history. Police clearance may be required.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently are critical.

- All cleaning tools must remain at the facility at all times; there is no need to transport them in and out of your vehicle.
- ** Total Monthly Compensation**: The couple will receive a combined total of $1,300 per month.
- ** Payment Structure**: This total payment is calculated based on the cleaner completing 3 hours of cleaning per session.
- ** Frequency of Sessions**: Cleaning sessions are scheduled 5 times per week.
